Product labelling is Nexus Pivot. It is a high-speed front-of-pack labeller. It can label at speeds of up to 80 packages per minute. It is available in short-range (high speed) and long-range versions.

Nexus 20 Pivot enables real-time labelling on the long side of shrink wraps, without the need to rotate the pack. The Nexus 20 Pivot is equipped with Cobalt Sentinel, which provides built-in barcode verification and validation. It can be used as part of a wider system or as a stand-alone solution, with easy control for operators.

Labelling – product height and size

Nexus 20 Pivot provides a simple solution for labelling boxes of different heights on the same production line. With the built-in Cobalt Sentinel solution, the Nexus 20 Pivot can check and verify both the barcode and the label to ensure the wrong label is never applied. It always places labels on the front of boxes, regardless of the height of the boxes on the production line.
